WORSHIP MAJOR INSTRUCTORS
At Thrive School, you’ll be working alongside an amazing team. From our staff worship leaders and musicians to the programming and production teams that make services happen, your instructors and leaders are actually doing the things they teach, in real ministry, every day. Here are a few examples of your Worship Major instructors:
Brandon earned his Master’s Degree in classical guitar from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He’s been involved with Bayside Church since 1997, and currently serves as the Pastor of Worship Ministry Development, overseeing worship, production, and Thrive Worship (Bayside’s recording and touring team). He also oversees the Worship Major and Production Major programs as an Executive Director of Thrive School.

Charmaine was born on tour and raised out of a suitcase. She moved to the US from Sydney, Australia at 16 and toured with Rebecca St. James, Jeremy Camp, and Newsboys, then followed up with two albums of her own - which included a number one radio single in Australia. She joined the Bayside team in 2015 as a worship leader focused on helping women develop their leadership gifts in the church.

Corbin serves on staff at Bayside Church as a worship leader and a primary songwriter in Thrive Worship. Growing up at the church, he served for over a decade before starting to see his songs (like Thrive Worship’s ‘Everything’ and ‘Higher’) catch fire in services, and continues to be instrumental in the songwriting culture’s growing influence. He also leads all in-house studio production and training.
Prior to joining Bayside’s team as Production Director, Jake worked for Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems as their House of Worship Marketing Manager, overseeing and organizing trade shows and conference logistics for worship events as well as market research with an emphasis on training. Before that, he served as a mix engineer and musician at the 12,000-member Cathedral of Faith in San Jose, California.
