If you’re confident in your call to ministry and are ready to put it into practice, joining our team as a D-Group Lead could be the perfect fit. You’re working as a real part of the Thrive School staff, leading younger Thrive School students from your very first week here. This looks different than the other Thrive School programs in a couple ways. First, you do need a Bachelor’s degree. Second, you'll raise support to pay your own stipend. In short, you can build resume-worthy ministry experience after college while investing in your own spiritual growth.

What It Looks Like

An average week in the Staff Track looks something like this:

15 hours discipling younger Thrive School students by leading D Groups, and helping with administrative duties and logistics for the Thrive School as a whole.

30 hours working in a Bayside ministry of your choice, honing your skills by working alongside seasoned leaders.

5 hours investing in yourself, in a few different ways. You’ll meet one-on-one with a mentor, receive Thrive School’s unique brand of discipleship coaching, and connect with the rest of the Staff in targeted book studies.
